Exchanges & Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on any orders. However, if you have an issue with your order within 3 business days of delivery date, please do not hesitate to send us a message. We will be glad to work with you to get the issue resolved. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
What are the hours of operations?
We are open from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm except for holidays. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
How do I care for mugs?
All mugs are dishwasher safe.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 days except on weekends. During the holiday season, please allow for an extra 2-3 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping as an additional service through USPS for $40.
