If you are interested in personalizing an item that does not offer an option do so, please send us an Etsy message before purchasing. Please let us know what you would like added to the design. We will gladly let you know if it can be done within 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on any orders. However, if you have an issue with your order once delivered, please do not hesitate to send us a message on Etsy. We will be glad to work with you to get the issue resolved. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

We are open from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm except for holidays. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

We offer expedited shipping as an additional service through USPS for $40.

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 days except on weekends. During the holiday season, please allow for an extra 2-3 business days.
